Default LimeWire as LocalService?

I was looking through a computer that used to run LimeWire. I found a Shared folder in Docs&Settings\Administrator (the only user account) but also a folder Docs&Settings\LocalService\Shared that contained a lot of downloaded files.

Anyone an idea why this folder appeared in the LocalSettings folder?

Can LimeWire start after starting Windows, without logging in to a user account? If that happens, is it running as Local Service and putting it's files in this folder? Are these files available to the user after logging in as "Administrator"?

Tim
