Transferring your files from one computer to the other can be done several different ways.

I find the easiest way would be via External HDD.

If possible, and your OS is XP then using a crossover cable is relatively painless.

Probably the most painful (depending on how many files you have) would be to burn everything to cd and load on to new computer.
Hope this Helps.

Remoc. Thanks for the reply. Here is what I am up against. I have kept the old computer on my network so I can access the shared files on my new computer. But what happens is this: First I click on the Shared File Icon, this pull up my song library, I hi-light all the songs in the song library, then I go to edit and click on Copy to Folder, then I go to the Limewire subfolder Shared, I hi-light it and click copy. Most of the songs copy without a problem but along the way some of the songs pull up an error message that say Access is Denied. I dont understand this because I can go directly to the old computer and actually play those Access Denied songs. Therefore I have to copy 10-20 songs at a time and I have been at this all day. I have only been able to transter 600 songs of my 1800 song library. This is driving me nuts its so painfully slow. I think there must be a faster way.

I've not tried this method as I prefer the Ext. HDD.
Not sure if you've seen or tried this. Here are a few links.

How to use the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" in Windows XP

File & Settings Transfer Wizard

Hope this Helps.
