Who's right? Bank or Lime?
 

My checking account shows that Lime accepted the $21.95 for the Pro but Lime continues to ask me to buy Pro. Also, when it asks to check on my email addy, it says it never heard of me. How do I get the Pro I paid for?

Does your account show you paid Lime Wire LLC ? If it was any other, then it was not the official site. Contact limenathan (click on link) as sometimes there are glitches with payments & receiving your LW. Normally you'd receive an email with a link to your personal download page. But sometimes people have junk filters that block the email from being received. Also, sometimes people make the mistake of forgetting which email they used or using a dud one or mistyping their email addy in at time of purchase.

I've never set up any other addy's, I only have one, so I'm not sure what happened. Am I to understand that I should buy Pro again to get in? :shoot:

Follow Lotr's advice if your sure the payment went through and you purchased limewire from the official site and not a scam site.... click on the link he gave you and send a message to Limenathan as he is the person that deals with these issues....

And don't buy Pro again until the issue is sorted...

Hmmm..........I just looked at my account again and the payment to Lime is no longer there. Posted in error maybe if the transaction didn't go through? I will call the bank and go from there. Thanks all for the help.
