What is indicated by (occasional) red text in location list search results

Search results location field will sometimes list ip addresses in RED text.
Un-able to find the reason for this through instructions, faqs or searches
Please help if you can

A red IP address means that the host's firewalled: User Guide Search Basic - LimeWire

So they may be harder to download from.
