Exclamation Is there a way to have the tabs inThe downlod windo so they dont change wit new winow

What I mean is the: size, name, bitrate,#,quality tabs. It is realy bothersome to have to close these tabs with each new search window I also would like not to have to resize them with each new window.

I put all the info that I thought applied to this question If I forgot something please let me know.

1. My OS is windows vista home premium 32 bit. My account is the administrator account.
2. LimeWire 4.18.8 & Java 1.6.0_10

If anyone knows how to help me please let me know ii would really appreciate it.

Click the search bar cross, else right-click on tab & choose Close search are only two options I know of.

Right-click on search heading bar & choose show options. This should remain after changing. Resizing any of those columns should also be retained, if not then perhaps it's something in the newest version LW that's different. I'm still using LW 4.16 personally.

As for the search filters on the far left ... I cannot recall if that is a permanent setting or not. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/limewi...filtering.html

A quick search & this was the best sample image I could find (image part B) ... I know I've posted others but anyway I'm sure you get the idea ... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/open-d...tml#post110151

Perhaps your preferences folder is partially corrupt. I'd doubt LW would remove the Righ-click option to show options on the search results & download window heading bars.
