Limewire media player stopped working

This has happened before and I found a post that said something about erasing the preference folder or something. Well it worked, and now it happened again but I can't find the post! The music will play in windows media player but I like to preview and use the limewire player but today its not working. anyone familiar with a preference folder solution???
