Function of Forced_IP_Address_String

I'm trying to determine the function of the Forced_IP_Address_String in the limewire.props file and if there is a correlating setting in the Limewire GUI. I believe that the Forced_IP_Address_String relates to the IP address the user is connecting to the Internet through, but would like some verification of this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I'll try there as well. I should clarify that the version of Limewire this was running in was 4.13 beta.
