 Logo Go Away (splash screen shows after closing LW) When I close LimeWire, the LimeWire square logo (city skyline, etc) pastes itself to my desktop and the only way I can get rid of it is to reboot my pooter. Help!  |

| Try updating your Java: Java SE Downloads Download the JRE offline installer & remove any other Java versions via Control Panel, before installing another one. Reboot your comp after installing the new Java. You could also try installing this older version of Java 6: Archive: Download Java Platform Standard Edition (Java SE) 6u5 Again, download the JRE & uninstall your previous version of Java before you install the older version  And if that doesn't fix things, please tell us... 1. Which version of LW you're using. 2. Which version of Java you have installed at the moment. 3. Whether you've used older versions of LW in the past without a problem. 4. Which OS you're using (Win XP, Vista etc). |
