Hi,

I just upgraded from 4.16, I think, to 5. Since upgrading, all of my files that were saved are now missing. I've added folders, and nothing happens. I do have files saved on V Cast Rhapsody, but nothing transfers. How can I get the files that were on my old LW???

The latter also includes how to deal with your shares also. I made my changeover in an earlier version 5 so not sure about how well 5.1.2 deals with upgrading from LW 4.

Honestly, the best advice I'd give right now is downgrade back to LW 4. LW 5 at moment is missing many tools of LW 4, & also still has a number of bugs. I'd wait several months at least. (Yes I know, the 'nag' update reminders lol)

Their next LW 5 release won't be for a month or two & it will still be missing tools, & most likely still have quite a few bugs. Half a year perhaps.
