limewire post 5 wont preview or load files
 

i have windows XP pro and always used old version 4 before and had no problems, i tried updating to version 5 and most of it works, it downloads the files can be heard opening from the folder itself or with limewire default build in player BUT limewire doesnt preview any files, audio or video or open them even after completing the download on any external media player.

i always used media player classic for video and winamp for audio and it works perfect with version 4, useless on 5 thought, and i have read that it has a bug with wmp and so and to try vcl... i have vcl and i have changed the extentions of audio and video to it and it still doesnt open em or preview... it really anoying to be able to only use the build in player... if i roll back to version 4 it works again and if i go back to 5 it doesnt... i done a complete clean of registry and document and settings of anything limewire and still the same issue.

if someone has any information on how to fix that or an advance setting to set the default player from a setting file in limewire folder that works ill be happy to keep v.5 but until then im gonna be sticking with v.4

its been over 1 week... does nobody really have any suggestion or idea about this matter? any file i can modify for it? anything?
