 I got the same thing BUT unfortunately didn't have that utility to kill the spyware until AFTER uninstalling so yeah I feel victimized too  Do yourselves a favor and go to: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and download ad-aware and kill that thing. The one I got hit with was "doubleclick" spyware - about the worst one there is. But upon uninstalling LimeWire I also got another 'parting gift' -- "Limeshop Preferences" STUCK on my right click popup menu in IE 6 -- now I have to try to figure out how to put that beast to sleep too. Anyone know how to kill that monster?  |
