itunes and limewire

Hi this is my first time using limewire and I am wondering how to get the music downloaded from limewire to transfer to itunes. I have both the latest version of itunes and limewire. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) {click on link} discusses this as it can be set in options. :)
