Choppy graphics issue - PLEASE HELP

I just bought a new pc with Windows 7 64bit and downloaded the latest limewire PRO as soon as I was online.
Ever since I've downloaded it its almost unusable. It appears choppy and words/buttons jump to other parts of the window constantly.
It's very hard to explain, but I took a few screen shots to demonstrate.
If it helps at all, I've got an i7 cpu, and a new nvidia card. I've downloaded all the latest drivers and removed/reinstalled LW a few times now.

Any suggestions???
