limewire pro

so i bought the pro version today and it already is giving me grief

it wont :-

1- remember my options settings and defaults back to the original settings (forced ip,slots,bandwidth etc)
2- continue partial downloads - it just seems to `forget` them after a few attempts..
3- java (version 1.3.1) crashes every so often when downloading via limey - results in limey closing down.

can anybody help ??
