![]() Ok im not new to this and well i have never had an issue beofre. I donw load music and it plays fine. Yet when I donw load a movie an open it either in media player or media centre it says that the player may not support the files. An then i get a code...C00D1199. I am trying to down load another version of this movie and am hopin that I just down loaded a crap one. Is there any advice you can offer me. I have windows 7 and the computer is fairly new so I have no idea wat fire walls i have. PLease help i wanna watch me movie..... |

![]() LadyAries, Sorry for the delayed response. The problem you are having is a CODEC (code/decode) issue. For some reason WMP does not come with all CODECs installed. You can download and install them yourself, or (I recommend) use the less-bloated VLC player, which has all CODECs installed. (VLC is free and can be found via Google).
