downloaded songs go to your shared directory in your directory. You will see it, if you didn't stop sharing that directory. |

Java Try downloading the latest Java client from sun microsystems 1.4 i think they're up to. get it here http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html Microsoft released windows XP with a java problem, Sun fixed their stuff so it would work with microsofts stuff ... you know the drill ... anyway ... download and install that and it will fix your limewire or other java app problem. |
Downloads to Library Just installed free version and installed updated Java. Still can't get downloaded files into my library.....any thoughts would help? thanks. |
Tools|Options|Saving and Tools|options|Sharing need to both point to your download directory in order for your downloads to appear in the Library. The default place for downloads is Program Files\LimeWire\Shared. LimeWire should, by default, point to this location without a need for you to do anything. However, it appears there may be a bug in the current version that doesn't create one of both of these links. You'll need to go to the above options and make sure that this directory is referenced in both places. Mark |
