Have you tried any of the connection fixes posted on the forum?

Depending on which version of LW you're using, check the links below.

If LW 4 Will Not Connect

If LW 5 Will Not Connect

And if nothing there helps, please post back with your system details... there's a link in each of those help threads explaining which details we need.

Limewire will not connect. Even if I use Advanced. It asks to add a connection. It asks for a host. Help me.
