 Downlaod Help Hi...this is my first post so i hope its in the correct forum! I have downloaded a file and it appears to be encrypted (flashing green and repeating the scenes over and over) - is there anything i can do to rectifiy this situation? Any help would be much appreciated.  |

| It's a video file right? It sounds to me to be a codec issue. We often recommend using VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is very reliable. However if you'd prefer to stick with your present player instead, see CODECs list and alternate players for Movies |
