It depends how long you have had LW Pro. LW Pro gives you 6 months of support & free updates. I presume you bookmarked your personal pro downld page, most people do. Alternatively, I presume you still have a copy of your pro installer.

i have had LWpro for 4days. the free one worked fine. i have not bookmarket anything. i have the pro installer. when i got limewire i updated it.

i uninstalled LWPRO and installed it again. updated my zonealarm. and was downloading great last night. then i got up today and had a message saying limewire has encountered a problem. cant reload old downloads. now it is doing the same as it did before. (says its downloading from8 hosts,turbo connection). it downloads for the first 2 mins of starting LW. then just sits there doing nothing. help!?
