limewire wont work!!! please help

Ive downloaded limewire and when i open it, the limewire square and logo comes up but then it freezes and thats it. Ive uninstalled it several times and tried again but no luck please help...

Uninstall LW once more and all Java on your computer, then reboot. Download the JRE offline installer of the newest Java version (1.5.0_07) from here:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp
Install it and reboot again. Then install LW.
