Concerning the Smilie :)
Heyas fellows and fellowsets, i was just wondering, when i look at the things i am downloading i see here and there a smiley, does that mean that someone wants to chat or ? thx for your time.
If it´s there take it, if not, then u dont need it.

I'm assuming you mean limewire.
The smiley just means they have chat enabled. It doesn't mean they want to chat, but you can try if you like  . If they have chat enabled you have a better chance of being able to browse them. Chatting in limewire is hit and miss at best.
