Heyas fellows and fellowsets, i was just wondering, when i look at the things i am downloading i see here and there a smiley, does that mean that someone wants to chat or ? thx for your time.

I'm assuming you mean limewire.

The smiley just means they have chat enabled. It doesn't mean they want to chat, but you can try if you like;). If they have chat enabled you have a better chance of being able to browse them. Chatting in limewire is hit and miss at best.
