Billed Thrice ( $18.88 three times )

I am having a funny problem. I tried to register for the PRO version. And gave my credit card details. Since I live in Dubai, I tried to enter the zip code as 'X'as instructed.
And to my surprise, it said I could not proceed since the zip code was invalid.

However, I find that the billing has gone ahead all the three times that I tried but at the same time my email ID has not been registered for me to download PRO.

Could you pls help me with this ??
