Problem after downloading
 

Can somebody help me please? I've tried countless times in the past few weeks to download Limewire Basic. The problem is not in the downloading, however. When the setup dialog box pops up on the screen it is blank and remains that way. I have tried to download both versions of windows and it is the same story with each.

What gives?

oh, p.s. I did download the newer version of java and I have already checked the FAQ page in hopes that I could figure it out on my own, but there's nothing stated there for this problem. Thought I'd get that out there so I don't get too many "obvious" answers...:LOL
