Default "LimeWire cannot create uninstall information. Installation will now exit..."

Hi I've had Limewire for quite a while and last night I started to dowload the new Limewire 4.12.3, during the download it stops half way through and comes up with the message
"LimeWire cannot create uninstall information. Installation will now exit. Restarting the computer can often fix this"

I tried restarting the computer and downloading limewire several times but always came up with that same message at the same time of the download.

Does anyone know how to over-come this problem. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks..
