How Do I Transfer Music To My MP3?!

How the hell do i transfer them? im using basic.:(

First you need to know where your LW downloads are saved. Tools > options > saving will show you the location of your saved folder. This is where you have to add files from.
If you go to your LW library, click on Saved Files then Explore... your saved folder will open for you:)
Chances are, you can drag & drop to your player from here.
