Help! I deleted my pro installer AND... now the limewire support page says it cannot find my email address and I don't know what to do! It keeps telling me to try another address, but I only have two and well, it has to be one of those! What can I do? Please don't tell me I have to buy limewire AGAIN. that would suck. This has been so frustrating. There's no numbers to call or anything...I just don't understand why I paid for PRO if there really isn't any support? I'm thinking about just asking for a refund and using the basic version if I can't get this straightened out...help?!?! |
When did you buy when. Support and updates only last for 6 months. After that your email is cleared from their records and is thus not valid anymore If it has been longer than 6 months then you have the option of buying another upgrade at a reduced price since you bought it before It is by the way a good idea in future to back up your programs to disk incase something like this happens |
Well, I hope they don't make me buy it again. I only bought it one or two weeks ago... |
How much did you actually pay? and who did you pay ... this should be on your card statement? |
