Question 6 is vital. This is probably where your problem lies. If you can't get that test page it means port 6346 which is the default LW uses is blocked ... probably by your connection devices. Check the line from your computer to the device (ie: find the device) & see what labels it has ... check the top, sides & bottom. Names & numbers (but not serial no.) Did you get the device from your ISP or buy it separately?

I got it from my ISP...
Ok i hope i got it right... there are too many numbers and ill try to put them all here...

CSA LL81295 FT2 ETL Verified TIA/EIA-568-B.2 CAT 5 Patch cable UTP EVERNEW 4C07CC003

i hope that's what you asked for

No I don't think they signify the brand or model. You will need to contact your isp & ask them the details of your device. They will have it on account somewhere. Ask them both the exact brand & model. Also ask them if they block peer 2 peer sharing programs.

Is this your isp? http://www.online.ge/

That's better. :D I don't know whether your device supports UPnP or not. Using your browser, type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar. This should enable you to telnet into your device. You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now. By default both the username and password are root. (try admin if your admin account name doesn't work.) Click the Ok button to log in to your router. Check the different sections & see if you can find a UPnP (Universal Plug & Play) option. If not, then you will need to forward a port.

One of the most important steps for forwarding a port is the 1st one which is setting up a static ip. So follow the instructions on the following page carefully: Port Forwarding for the CTC Union ATU-R130. Some devices you need to reboot the device to save the information properly. I'm not sure about your brand.
