Setup Problem

After re-formatting my HD, I installed the latest version of LimeWire Pro. When I proceed to start the application, the setup screen (choose language) becomes frozen. I navigate over the buttons and they light up, but nothing happens when I click them. I cannot get passed the language setup screen...Any ideas?
