It depends how much bandwidth you put into downloads. And how much bandwith people use to upload from you. |

The forums went down for 24. I'd prefer not to give advice on USA law issues. If that's what you're worried about. So I guess that's why you don't wish to share. That will reduce attraction to you. But if you're not downlding heaps of files then I don't see why it should be a major issue. |
