i need help if i cant figre this out i'm leaving limewire
 

When I download a song it sends it to musicmatch juke box idk how 2 use it i've used windows media player for all my other downloads i just switched to lime wire from napster how can i get my songs to go 2 windows media player instead of muscimatch jukebox and i dont understand the limewire one like how to get it to your mp3 player i just really need help please help me!!:confused: krennx3

To make WMP you default player:

Open the folder with your songs outside of LW. An easy way to do that is to go to the library page in LW, hi-lite the audio folder then click the explore button (below the library folders window).

Then right click on one of your files > then click on "Properties" > then where it says "opens with" click on "Change". A box will open, click on "Windows Media Player" then click OK. Then click apply then OK. That should change the files back to WMP.

i figured out a different way to do it cuz the last thing kinda confused me i couldnt figure it out im not computer smart but if anyone could explain it in words i could understand (no offense it just takes me a while to understand sumthin) that b ok thanks though 4 tryin 2 help me

try this:

find a music file, any music file, on your computer...

right click on the file and choose open with>choose program

now box will pop up with various choice of what to open it with...choose Windows Media Player and then check the box Always...now WMP is the default player for your music files..
