Limewire licensing swizzle After not being able to use Limewire for a year because of 100% CPU usage due to some Java incompatability, I reinstalled XP and now it works OK. I paid $ for the latest Limewire version, only to fund that all music downloads now demand a Trojan infested toolabar and "license" to play? What's going on? Any solution? |
Huh??? My Limewire sure does not demand neither a toolbar or a license. What site screwed you over? not www.limewire.com cause the program does no such thing. It asks if you want to download anyway, and doesn't demand anything. |
Adjusting various settings as per this thread has cured the problem http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ight=licensing |
And what toolbar? That thread is about fixing a wrong answer to the License question. |
