Buying Pro entitles you to free updates & email support for 6 months... providing you bought Pro less than 6 months ago from the official site www.limewire.com your email address should still be valid.

You would've recieved a link to your Pro personal download page when you bought Pro!

If by some chance you bought from a scam site & not the official site, your email address would never have been in the database.

Thanks Birdy for the quick reply, it was legit but now it has gone and I didn't realise it ran out after six months anyway, so I have a new one and the problem is gone.
