Paid for it, but can't get it!

I am new to the forum and to Lime Wire, so Hello everyone!

I do have a problem though, I paid for Lime Wire Pro and acces to many things, but I when I went into it I had only been give access to basic Lime Wire and something called Share Pro. I have tried both upgrading and contacting tech support (I am a technophobe, by the way), but when I try it just tells me my email address is not recognised! I have not made a mistake there otherwise I wouldn't of received the e-mail activation process.

I can't find anywhere where there is a contact number so that I can speak to someone to sort this out.

I used Share Pro anyway for a while, then that started to say that my connection was very poor, I could no longer download anything from there. So then I started to use Lime Wire and what do you know, after about the same amount of time that has done the same and I can't down load anything at all now. I imagine that this is to make you pay for the upgrade, but I don't need one as I have already paid for it and the money has left my account, I bought a spyware program I never got as well!

I feel a bit ripped off! Please help me.

I have just noticed an earlier thread about the same thing and followed the advice Lord of the Rings kindly offered.

You now realise that you went to a scam site and got yourself ripped off and to top it off you write an intelligent post, unlike most of the people who get ripped off.

Just make sure you are dealing with a reputable web-site when next time you buy something via the internet.

HI, i just put in my credit card information and it said it was declined but when i just called my bank it said that Lime wire pament had gone through. But when i go back and it asks for my e-mail address it says that it cant recognize it. What the deal???? I could have just gotten the free version with no hassle. was this a scam or what??

This was a sponsored link to Lime Wire, Gnutella was displayed on the bank statement and I got sent to a members room and downloaded Lime Wire and Share Pro. Only one payment left my account.

So this was a scam site was it?

Is Gnutella trying to do something about this?
