Limewire Pro
 

I have purchased limewire pro twice now and last week I had to get a new pc with all new HD's.
Now when I installed limewire and started it, it loads up no problem but once on the main search page it just freezes and will not connect?

Also when I click on already have Pro and I enter my screename that I used it says screename not found?

Can anyone tell me why it is not working, I have my firewall to allow limewire to connect so thats not the problem.

How long ago since you bought it last time?

And did you buy it from www.limewire.com?

I bought it in August and yes I got it from that website you have listed

Strange they should have you in their database for at least 6 months. Are you absolutely sure you used the correct email when trying to get it back?

Also you should have gotten a link in your email to your personal pro download page when buying it. Not something you should just delete after use.

If it's less than 6 months then it should still be working

Well if you're absolutely sure that it's less than 6 months and you for some reason deleted the pro download link then try sending limenathan a PM explaining the situation. Expect a few days before he replys since he's not on here every day.

Sleepless can you send me ur home address so i can come and visit you then you can beat me up and down the street as i double checked my paypal acount to see what email i used and it was not the one I always used after all LOL i had to change my paypal email and it was that one that i used.
