Gee thanks for the speedy reply. Well, I've tried everything suggested in the Fac section as well as technical support. i.e. Uninstalling & uninstalling the Java Runtime Environment & Reconfigured my firewall (don't know if I got it right though). I've even gone through the Forum for similar problems. Don't know what else to do.

Did you read through the connection problems link & follow the advice there?
