Help!!!!

I paid to download Limewire, and now the version I have downloaded won't work!!!! When I click on the limewire emblem on my desktop a box pops up that says "NSIS Error." It says the installer I am trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. If anyone knows how to fix this please help!! I don't want to pay for something I can't use, and I'm afraid I will be charged again if I try to re-install.

I would appreciate any assistance anyone could give me!!!!!
