LimeWire & CPU usage

Hi!! :)
Im new, and not to familiar with the english computer terms :p

I have LW up and running.
My problem is that the CPU uasage is running high whenever i start LW.
It often is up at about 100 %. It really slows my computer down.. :(
Why is that?? Is there something i can do, or do i just have to let it be..?? :confused:
It really gets on my nerves now...:bangh:

I tried to do what was in those posts. Either I'm just plain stupid :p Or I just dont get it.. :rofl: Cause I cant get it right :p My CPU is still going skyhigh..
