 Good luck Jakzen ! let us all know how you got on???? You might want to move to another I.Provider,but you usually have to wait for the contracted year to run out ! Use forum search function(Tiscali) and you can complain on broadband matters to an ombudsman or similar,it's on google, the more that do the better !Pipex are taking the **** (IMHO,)  N2
