 pipex blocking limewire Pipex have confirmed to me that they do what they call streaming between 6.00 and 11.00 pm. this effectively blocks limewire during those times. It works fine in the mornings, ok if you aren't at work! I've comlained to them and threatened to change my ISP, but no reply yet. The other issue I have with them is the download speed, best is about 1meg. I signed up for their 'up to 8 meg' service last November. fat chance. still complaining.  |
