Problems with where the song goes after downloading
 

Hello
My name is Christine amnd I just downloaded Lime Wire but I am having complcations with where the music is going , after I download lime wire it will ask me where I what to put my music files I click desktop and then when I start downloading the music every single one I download turns up as a desktop icon on my computer like where you see Internet Explore and My Space it turns into icons like that what can I do what am I suppose to do where do I put the songs I download

By default your files should be going to a folder named Shared on your HDD..

Open up LW and go to Tools > Options > Saving, click on Use Default and select apply...

Your files will now be saved in the right spot, to find them on your comp click on one of your files in the LW library and then select explore...:rolleyes_2:
