Default Permanently kill upload

sometimes I see something is being uploaded and I go to browse that user only to be blocked by them. I'm one of these people who can't stand someone who will upload something from me if I can't get to theirs. When I try to kill the upload it does it for just a second and then suddenly starts uploading again.

Incidently, I have set it to not allow (or rarely allow) freeloaders but that doesn't seem to work too well.

The browse feature doesn't always work...I think if you enable chat it will increase your chances of success (it helps if they have it enabled, too).

The freeloader option doesn't really work, either. Besides, if it did, people could just share junk files to get around it.

I'm not sure why you're having trouble killing uploads...

Good Luck
