I get ZERO results when I search
 

What's the deal...several months ago, I downloaded at least 100 songs from LW Basic with no problem. Now, I downloaded the LW Pro, and I cannot get a single result. Even when I click on the "what's new" tab, I still get nothing. I have done searches by artist, title, keyword, etc...NOTHING! THere have been no changes on my computer in terms of other software that could cause a conflict. Please help! :confused:

Is your LW connected to the network (how many green connection bars do you see)? If you're connected, try this for your problem of no search results.
Problems with the search

Delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See point 3 here & also point 2 if you've used much older versions of LW in the past (there could be a folder in either location).

This will kill all of your settings within options, you'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things.
