 Can you answer a few more of the questions?  What brand and model of router do you have? It should be listed somewhere on there. What ISP do you have? Your ISP is the company that you pay for your internet. What version of LW Pro and Java do you have? You can find both of these by opening LW, clicking 'help' and then 'about Limewire'.
