How do I upload?

Hello,
Does anyone know how to upload- movies, TV shows, or music? Silly question but I am stuck. I have so much to share but I am sick and tired of trying to figure it out. Thanks, all help is appreciated.

How to Share Folders

Music is easiest to share. Movies/TV shows are a little more difficult...it is time consuming and a little difficult to create good quality video files that people will enjoy. The most popular video file types to download are AVI and MPEG. The most popular music file type is mp3.
