Limewire pro going to sleep

My Problem is that if i`m downloading a movie and it takes a while my connection seems to go to sleep.
This happens if i have left it to download for a few hours and are doing nothing else on the computer.Is there a setting i can change so my connection speed stays TURBO CHARGED.
