 The chances are that your University has installed "bandwidth Shaping" (aka anti-P2P) equipment on your internet connection. This practice started in the US with IT university/college administrators installing this new equipment during the summer holidays. Now I understand that this practice has moved to this side of the Atlantic. Make friends with the IT people, may be one of them will help you out. UK Bob  |
