I downloaded a few days ago and when I downloaded lime wire it automatically created a sharing folder with the girl I knew who was already on lime wire in the sharing folderl; she has sent me files several times while we have been on msn messenger using the sharing folder, but now I can't figure out how to do it myself.

1. how do I add others I know who use Lime Wire into the Lime Wire sharing folder?

2. how do I through msn messenger share files through the LW sharing folder to those who I have added to the LW sharing folder?

I couldn't find anything about this in FAQ's.

I'm not very computer savy, so please keep the instructions basic and step by step'ish.

By the sounds of it your friend has redirected the files you send to each other to her shared folder instead of the default folder called recieved files that the files would normally be sent to...

You should ask her what she has done nect time you chat on MSN...
