trying to start limewire

After i've downloaded 4.14.1 for my windows XP.. after i've installed it i went to start it up.. well it loaded to 12% then asked me few questions.. what language and things like that.. well.. after i did all that it brought up a page that said at the top "Limewire Setup Dialog" and under that it said "firewall setup" then "limewire performs best with full access to the internet. if firewall or security warnings appear, please unblock LimeWire and choose to remember the setting. Your firewall software may look differnt then the below picture." then there is a picture of what it might look like. Well i've turn my firewall off so it wont block it anymore, but thats as far as it will go, i've been having this problem for more then a few days now, and i'd like to start using limewire as soon as i can. If anyone can tell me what i'm doing wrong please do so, that way i can change it and start using limewire.
