That 'shared Limewire tunes' in iTunes is just a playlist & you won't be able to add files from there to your iTunes library for transfer to your iPod.

You'll have to find your saved folder first...in LW's library highlight a file & click Explore. Your saved folder will open. Now add files from here into your iTunes library. There's a lot more info in this thread
